  Bill of Sale
  Robert Isherwood to John Kuhns
  
  Know all men by these presents that I Robert Isherwood of this Borough of 
  Greensburgh, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, for and in consideration of
  John Kuhns, Innkeeper of said borough giving my security in a note payable in
  sixty days to Daniel Grant also of said Borough in the sum of forty-six 
  dollars, 
  thirty seven cents and bearing even date herewith, and which sum was for rent 
  due
  on the first of April last, hath granted, bargained, made over transfered and 
  delivered to the said John Kuhns, his heirs and assigns, the following property
  Vig. three looms and tacklings, one warping uill (?), one blue vat. three beds 
  and
  bedding and one stove, to have and to hold, use, occupy and enjoy the said
  described property, to him the said John Kuhns, his heirs and assigns forever
  provided nevertheless that if the said Robert Isherwood shall well and truly pay
  or cause to be paid unto the said Daniel Grant, his heirs or assigns the 
  aforesaid sum
  specified in said note with interest and costs, if any herein, without fraud or 
  delay
  on the time of payment hereof, then the above bill of sale and the property 
  herein
  specified to revert to the said Robert Isherwood, otherwise be in full force and
  virtue. Witness my hand and seal this third day of May AD 1826
  Sealed and delivered in presence of us
  Robt. Montgomery, Robert Anderson, Robert Isherwood
  Westmoreland County SS. Personally appeared before me, one of this 
  Commonwealth Justices of the Peace in and for said County, Robert Isherwood,
  who acknowledged the above to be his act and deed for the purposes herein
  mentioned and that the same shall be recorded as such, witness my hand and
  seal.
