All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Lynn Beatty klbeatty@redrivernet.com August 21, 2006, 3:28 pm Written: February 1, 1794 Recorded: February 8, 1794 Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Klingelsmith mill right of Hempfield Township Westmoreland County and state of Pensylvania [sic] for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred Pounds Good and Lawfull money of Pennsylvania to me well and Truly paid by George Keck in the Township County and State aforesaid farmer at or before the sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt hereof I Do hereby Acknowledge and for Good Causes and Valuable Considerations have Granted bargained & sold Assigned Released and Confirmed unto said George Keck his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns a Certain Pease or parsel [sic] of Land Contains one hundred Ackors if not more With the Allowance Together joining William Teagarden and the above mentioned Keck and Henary Alshous With the Improvements Lying on the waters of Brush Creek the said peace or parsel of Land together with the Impurtenances Woods water and Water Courses and all right Title Interest and claim and Demand of in and to the said Land to have and to hold to him the said George Keck and to his heirs Exectuors and Administrators or Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said George Keck forever Warrent [sic] and Defending the said Land Against all manner of Persons Laying and Lawfull Claim thereto the Lords of the soul only Excepted In Witness hereof I the said Daniel Klingelsmith have but (put?) the said George Keck in full possession and I Daniel Klingelsmith to Ingage to Deliver to the Above George Keck or his heirs a Clear Pattent for the within named Land against the first Day of February in the year One thousand seven hundred and ninty five [sic] in Witness hereof I the said Saniel Klingelsmith have hereunto set his hand and seal this first Day of February one thousand seven hundred and ninty Four.
