  This Indenture Witnesseth that David Klingensmith of Hempfield Township & 
  Peter Klingensmith of Franklin Township & Christian Klingensmith of Hempfield 
  Township all of Westmoreland County Pennsylvania for & in Consideration of the 
  sum of of [sic] two hundred dollars & of law & eighty dollars ----- lawful 
  money of Pennsylvania to them in hand paid by Christian Row of Hempfield 
  Township the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained 
  sold released & by these presents do grant bargain sell & release unto the 
  said Christian Row & to his heirs & assigns all their receipt title interest 
  and claim a heirs & legal legacies of Andrew Klingensmith late of Hempfield 
  Township aforesaid deceased, of in & to a certain tract of land Situate in 
  said township of Hempfield adjoining of Peter Smail Henry George & Peter 
  Wanemaker and others containing two hundred & fifty acres and allowance with 
  the appurtenances To Have & To Hold the said tract of Land to him the said 
  Christian Row his heirs & assigns to the only proper use benefit & behoof of 
  the said Christian Row his heirs & assigns forever as fully amply & from the 
  same estate as they the said had, had held & Enjoyed in the same In testimony 
  whereof the said David Klingensmith, Peter Klingensmith & Christian 
  Klingensmith have hereunto set their hands & seals the 20th day of April

  	Recd on the day of the date of the foregoing Indenture of Christian

  	Westmoreland County SS Before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace 
  in and for said County personally appeared David Klingensmith, Peter 
  Klingensmith & Christian Klingensmith grantors in the foregoing Indenture & 
  acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act & Deed for the purpose 
  therein mentioned that as such it might be recorded Witness my hand & seal the 
  20th April 1822

  	Whereas Christian (Row) of Hempfield Township Westmoreland County 
  Pennsylvania to on at the appurtenances the plantation of Andrew Klingensmith 
  decd & undertook to pay to the heirs of said Andrew Klingensmith their several 
  shares of said land & whereas Daniel Klingensmith one of the said heirs is 
  dead having in his life time recd by John P. Klingensmith his guardian 
  received his share of the personal estate of said Andrew decd & there is still 
  due & owing to him from the said Christian his share of the appraised value of 
  the said land including the account of the widows dower to be destributed 
  distributed to the said heirs after the decease of the said widow of the said 
  Andrew Klingensmith decd Now know all men by these presents that I Peter 
  Klingensmith administrator & of & of [sic] the said Daniel Klingensmith do 
  acknowledge to have received from the said Christian Row the sum of thirty 
  five dollars being the full amount due to the said Daniel out of the said 
  widows dower or one of the heirs at Law of said Andrew Klingensmith deceased 
  and I do or administrator as aforesaid release and quit claim to the said 
  Christian Row and to his heirs and assigns all the right title and interest of 
  the said Daniel of in & to the said sum of moneys In Testimony whereof I the 
  said Petr have hereto set my hand and seal the 13th day of April AD 1822.

  Justice of the Peace of said County Peter Klingensmith, Adm of Danl

  Deed for the purpose therein mentioned that as such it might be recorded
