  No 583 – 200 acres – James O’Kain private to September 1789--- Patent and draft
  done.
  Lot No. 584 – In pursuance of an act of General assembly of the State of
  Pennsylvania passed the twenty fourth day of February, one thousand seven
  hundred and eighty five, entitled an act for directing the mode of distributing
  the donation lands, promised to the Troops by this Commonwealth and by order of
  the Surveyor General with the Approbation of the Honorable the executive
  Council. I have surveyed on the tenth day of October, one thosand seven hundred
  and eighty four, the above described tract of two hundred acres of land, and
  allowance for Road. No 583. Situate in district No 111 on the west side of the
  Allegany river in the County of Westmoreland. To John Lukens ? ? ?  --- G. Evans
  DS.
  I do hereby certify that the above is a copy of the original survey remaining in
  the surveyor generals office of a  tract of donation land, drawn in the name of
  James O’Kain, late  a private in the Pennsylvania line of the Army of the United
  States for which a Patent appears to have issued to him of a donation for his
  service in the said line, on the 6th day of September. A.D. 1789. In testimony
  whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of office at Lancaster this
  24th day of February 1806.  Saml  ??
