Mon., November 20, 1820: Mr. Baldwin presented a petition of Andrew Finley, an officer in the revolutionary army, praying to be allowed the half pay to which he is entitled for services in that capacity. *Journal of the House of Representatives of the United States, 1827-1828: Wed., March 26, 1828: Mr. Creighton, from the Committee on Revolutionary Claims, made an unfavorable report on the petition of Susanna Stokeley; which was read, and laid on the table. Mr. Creighton, from the same committee, also made an unfavorable report on the petition of Andrew Finley; which was read, and laid on the table. *Journal of the House of Representatives of the United States, 1826-1827, Mon., February 26, 1827: Mr. Plumer presented a petition of Andrew Finley, of the State of Pennsylvania, an officer of the army of the Revolution, for the allowance and payment of the seven years' half pay, to which he conceives himself entitled, as a supernumerary officer. *Journal of the House of Representatives of the United States, 1830-1831, Fri., Dec. 17, 1830: Mr. Coulter presented a petition of Jane Finley, widow of Andrew Finley, deceased, an officer in the army of the Revolution, praying that all such compensation and emoluments to which her late husband would be entitled if he were now alive, may be granted and paid to her.
