Taking shelter from the storm under a tree, Saturday afternoon, Harry Forsha aged about 35 years, son of Jefferson Forsha, a resident of Derry township, Westmoreland county, near Millwood, was struck by lightning and instantly killed. The man had been engaged in cutting corn, when the storm broke about two o'clock. Seizing the corn-cutter to protect it from the weather, he hurried to the tree and had been standing there but a few minutes when he was struck by lightning, dying instantly. Forsha leaves his second wife and four children. The children's mother died last winter during the influenza epidemic. The funeral services and interment were conducted this afternoon. The Forsha family was one of the most prominent in that section and the man's tragic death, is deeply regretted by a host of friends and relatives.
