Latrobe Advance July 12, 1876
Our readers by this time, are all aware of the fight which Gen. Custer's command
had with the Sioux Indians, about two weeks ago. There were about three hundred
reported killed, and among that number, Jacob H. Gebhart, son of Mrs. M. A.
Gebhart and Wm. McDonald, brother to Mrs. Chancey Ewing, of this place.
