Plans and specifications may be seen at the store of I. D. Pores & Co., Latrobe. All bids to be accompanied by an approved bond of the sum of $5,000 and the right to receive or reject all or any of the bids is reserved by the Board of Directors. ALEX HAMILTON, Sec'y.
