The second annual reunion of the Marks Clan was held at Cal Marks' Grove near
Baggaley on Sunday, July 4. 
Eighty-seven descendants and friends were present to enjoy the day's activities
and to meet the members of the younger generation. Dinner and supper were
enjoyed in the large hall in the grove and after the dinner, a business meeting
was called of the members of the clan. Geo. H. Marks presided at the election of
officers. Immediately following the meeting, the afternoon was enjoyed in
renewing acquaintances.
William Marks, of Laughlintown, was the oldest man present; Mrs. Calvin Marks,
of Baggaley, was the oldest lady present, and the youngest child was William
Harr, Jr., son of Mr and Mrs. William Harr, of Latrobe, R. D. Those present for
the occasion were: Mr and Mrs. Oliver Marks. Junior Marks, Dick Marks. Ralph
Marks, Elaine Marks, Shirley Marks, Mr. and Mrs. George F. Marks, Audrey, and
Meline Marks, Mary Alice Kaufmann, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Forsha, Betty June
Forsha, James Rehanik. Mr. and Mrs. Russel Harr, Sr., family, Edward, Harold.
Minerva, and Margie Harr; Mr. and Mrs. John Meyers and family, John, Edward,
Wilbert and Richard; Mr and Mrs. Russell, Jr.. and family, George, Robert and
Lee: Mrs. Albert Harr and Eleanor and Raymond; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gibson and
Patty Ann and Robert, Jr.; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Marks and son, Robert; George H.
Marks, Walter Forsha, Jr., Ronald Forsha. Nancy Forsha, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac
