The driver of the truck swerved the machine in an effort to avoid striking Mr. Kuhns, and would have succeeded, had not the back end of the machined swung around. Mr. Kuhns had several ribs broken and was badly bruised. He was taken to the Latrobe Hospital, Sunday, where his condition is reported as fair.
