Latrobe Bulletin Wed, Aug 24, 1932 
Mrs. Sarah Hugus Ackerman, aged 66 years, 4 months and 4 days, died at 11:15
o'clock last evening at her home near Lycippus. A complication of diseases was
the cause of her death. She is survived by her husband, James B. Ackerman, and
the following children: Mrs. Mabel Green, Latrobe R. D. No. 1, Frank Ackerman,
of Latrobe, R. D. No. 3, and Kenneth Ackerman, at home. She is also survived by
one brother, George M. Hugus, of Uniontown, and the following grandchildren:
Esther Green, Robert Ackerman and Raymond Ackerman. Funeral services will be
held at her late residence at 2:30 o'clock, Friday afternoon, in charge of the
Rev. W. A. Sites, of the Bradenville United Brethren church. Interment will be
made in the Lycippus cemetery.
