Latrobe Bulletin Mon, Mar 31, 1980
Mrs. Mildred L. Betts, 67, of 238 W. Third St., Derry, died Saturday in the
Latrobe Area Hospital. Born July 10, 1912 in Hainetown, Ohio, a daughter of the
late Harry L. and Lillie Kehr Maus. She was a retired employee of Taurus of
Blairsville. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a sister, Vera
Williams. Surviving are her husband, Merle E.; one daughter, Mrs. James Gilbert
(Phyllis) Gray, of Charter Oak, Greensburg; three brothers, Harry G. and Warren
R. both of Derry; Burton G., of Latrobe RD 1; three sisters, Mrs. Hilda Black,
and Mrs. Zelda Bernard, both of Dunedin, Fla.; Mrs. Dorothy Crampini, of
Youngwood; also three grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m.
till 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the
Michael J. Quinlisk Funeral Home, Derry. Interment in Coles Cemetery, Derry.
