Charles Kenneth (Butch) Bowman, 58, E. Second Ave. Ext., Derry, died at 4:20 p.m.
yesterday in Latrobe Hospital. Employed as an inspector at the E. Pittsburgh
Westinghouse Plant. Member of its Veteran Employees Assn. Born in Derry, Nov. 6,
1909, he was a son of the late Jacob and Elsie Wingard Bowman. Survived by widow,
Katharine Stauffer Bowman; children, Charles, Derry; Mrs. Robert (Barbara)
Henderson, Albuquerque, N. M.; six grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Clyde and
Mrs. Edgar (Mary) Miller, both of Latrobe; Vernon, New York; Mrs. Duane (Elsie)
Anderson, Derry. Friends may call at" the Fisher Funeral Home, Derry, from 10 a. m.
to 10 p. m. daily. Funeral services will be conducted! there at 2 p.m. Saturday, the
Rev. George A. Marks officiating. Interment will follow in Coles Cemetery.
