George T. Buncie, 63, of Bradenville died Monday, May 2, 1994, at his home. He was
born Jan 24, 1931, in Millwood, a son of the late George T. Buncie Sr. and Thelma A.
Dias Buncie. He was retired from Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ, and was a
member of St. Rose Roman Catholic Church, Derry Township. In addition to his
parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Jean Bara Buncie; a son, Vincent; a
daughter, Rose Buncie, and a sister, Barbara Buncie. Surviving are three brothers,
Donald E. of Irwin, Roy of Jersey City and Richard of Bradenville; two sisters, Mrs.
James (Margaret) Knupp of Luxor and Evelyn Buncie of Bradenville, and two
grandchildren. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 pm Tuesday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9
pm Wednesday in John J Lopatich Funeral Home Inc, 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. Funeral
mass will be celebrated at 10 am Thursday in St. Rose Roman Catholic Church, Derry
Township, with the Rev. James D. Tringhese as celebrant. Interment will follow in
St. Rose Cemetery, Derry Township. St. Rose Rosary Altar Christian Mothers will
recite the rosary at 2 pm Wednesday in the funeral home.
