Richard D. Buncie, 56, of Bradenville died Sunday, March 1, 1998, in Westmoreland
Manor, Hempfield Township. Born Jan 2, 1942, in Bradenville, he was a son of the
late George and Thelma (Dias) Buncie. He was a member of St Rose Roman Catholic
Church, Derry Township. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister,
Barbara Buncie, and a brother, George. Survivors include two brothers, Donald E. of
Irwin and Roy of Jersey City, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. James (Margaret Peg ) Knupp of
Luxor and Evelyn Buncie of Bradenville; a special friend, Connie Brozowski, and a
number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Monday in John J Lopatich Funeral Home Inc, 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. Funeral Mass
will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. William P Donahue in St. Rose
Catholic Church, Derry Township. Interment will be private.
