Latrobe Bulletin Mon, Apr 20, 1953
Mrs. Lyda Bundshuh, 51, a native of Latrobe and the widow of Jose M. Bundshuh, a
great artist in his day, died suddenly Sunday evening at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Rose Brush, Marrimac St., Mt. Washington. She was stricken as she
returned home from a drive. Mrs. Bundshuh, youngest daughter of Peter and Rose
Lawson,  was born and raised in Latrobe. In addition to her daughter, with whom
she made her home, she is survived by many relatives in Pittsburgh and two
nephews who reside in this area: H. W. Lawson, Lawson Heights and Leroy Lawson,
Latrobe. Friends will be received at Slater’s Funeral Home, Virginia Ave., Mt.
Washington, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:00 am.
