Donald M. Campbell, 54, of Ligonier RD 3, died Sunday, in the Latrobe Area
Hospital. Born Sept. 6, 1922, in Fairfield Twp., he was a son of the late Milton
and Rillie Mock Campbell. He was a member of the Hillview Christian Missionary
and Alliance Church and was an employe of Gilbert Brothers Inc. of Johnstown. He
is survived by his widow, Alice Ray Campbell; one son, Donald A. Campbell at
home; one daughter, Patricia A. Campbell at home; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Lynn
and Mrs. Hazel Shaffer, both of Ligonier, and Mrs. Mabon (Beulah) McCreery of
Bolivar RD 1. Friends will be received at the Snyder Funeral Home, Bell and East
Church Sts., Ligonier, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held in
the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Larry C. McDonnell
officiating, Interment will follow in the Ligonier Valley Cemetery.
