Mr. Campbell arose from his bed at the usual hour this morning. but complained to his wife that he was not feeling as well as usual. He started down the stairs, after dressing himself, and had just entered the dining room, when his body was saw to lurch forward. Mrs. Campbell caught him before be had fallen to the floor, and she placed him on a chair. He had drawn his last breath, however, and was dead when she spoke to him. Asher Campbell was a well known citizen of Latrobe. He was aged 69 years, ten months and four days, and was a veteran of the Civil War. He is survived by his widow and five daughters, viz., Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Sham and Mrs. Stickle, all of the south side; Mrs. MacDonald and Mrs Kuhns, both of Latrobe. Thirty-eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren survive him. The funeral services will be held in the United Brethren church, South Side, on Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, the services being in charge of the Rev. E. R. Wriggle. The Interment will be made in the Youngstown cemetery.
