Latrobe Bulletin, Adams Memorial Library Microfilm Oct. 1985
Mrs. Margaret Carota, 70, of 14 E. First Ave., Latrobe, died Tuesday, Oct 1, 1985,
at her residence. Born Jan. 5, 1915, in Latrobe, she was the daughter of the late
Michael and Anna Bunci Sherback. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Her husband, Louis R. Carota, preceded her in death Jan. 25, 1978; also, two
brothers, George and Michael Sherback, and one sister, Anna Noel. She is survived by
two sons, Louis R. Jr. and Robert, both of Latrobe; one daughter, Mrs. Thomas
(Patty) Krowicki of Latrobe; six grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. James
(Helen) Howell, Mrs. Veronica Sarnese and Mrs. Mary Milo, all of Latrobe. There will
be no visitations. Service will be private. John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, is in
charge of arrangements.
