Survived by wife, Neida Gray Costabile, daughter, Patsy, at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Patsy Costabile Sr.; two brothers, John, Latrobe; Salvadore, Macon, Ga.: two sisters, Mrs. George (Rose) Panick, Mrs. Michael (Ellen) Panick, Latrobe. Friends of late Patsy Costabile Jr. at John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Trinity Lutheran Church, the Rev. Paul E. Fauth. Interment Unity Cemetery. Members of American Legion Veterans of Foreign Wars meet at Legion Home, 1:15 p.m. Tuesday to go to Unity Cemetery for military services for Patsy Costabile Jr., veteran of World War II.
