Died at the residence of her son, J. M. M. Curry, Akron, 0., Feb. 24, 1901, Mrs. John Curry, aged 82 years and 6 months. She was the daughter of Col. J. D. Mathiot and was born at Ross Furnace. Her husband, John Curry, died on Feb. 7th and was buried at Minerva, Stark county, Ohio, where Mrs. Curry's remains were laid to rest at 10 a. m. Wednesday, Feb. 27. Mr. Curry was born at Laughlinstown, Oct. 13, 1810, and would have been 91 had he lived until October of this year.
