Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Dec 21, 1993 
John A. DePasquale, 66, of Greensburg died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1993, at his home.
He was born Oct. 27, 1927, in New Derry, son of Mary Timko Weis of Latrobe and
the late Anthony F. DePasquale. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Church of
Crabtree; a retired employee of Elliott Co. of Jeannette; a retired member of
Pennsylvania Army National Guard; a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served in
World War II and the Korean conflict, and a member of American Legion Post 515
and VFW Post 3414, both of Latrobe. Besides his mother, he is survived by his
wife, Glenna M. (Stamler) DePasquale; three sons, Donald A. of Houston, Texas,
John of Albuquerque, N. M., and Patrick L. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; four
daughters, Diana Mikolaizyk of Albuquerque, Mrs. Dale (Adalgisa) Packe and Mrs.
Thomas (Rebecca) Schirf, both of Latrobe, and Marie Monnich of Greensburg; two
sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Julia) Starry of Latrobe and Mrs. Joseph (Mary Ann)
Mazzoni of Delmont; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a number of
nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Bartholomew Church,
Crabtree, with the Rev. Stanley T. Markiewicz, OSB, pastor, as celebrant.
Interment will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Crabtree. Military service will
be held at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
