Monday at the age of 70 years, six months and 21 days. She was born in Lycippus and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Chestnut. Surviving are four daughters: Mrs. Violet M. Dixon, of Latrobe; Mrs. Samuel N. Osborne, of Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Elsie Chase, of Philadelphia; and Mrs. Eleanor Gross, of California; one brother, Paul Chestnut, of Franklin. O.; and one sister, Mrs. Rose Lenhart, of Latrobe R. D. 3. Also surviving are one granddaughter, who made her home with the late Mrs. Doran, Mrs. Edith M. Bradley; two grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Her body will he taken to the Methodist church at 1 p. m.. on Thursday, to lie in state until time for the services at 2:30 p. m. Rev. C. A. Hartung will conduct the services and interment will follow in Unity cemetery.
