Dunlap, 78, 316 High St., Derry, died at his home today at 7:45 am. He had been in ill health since Monday. He retired 10 years ago after completing 40 years of service with the PRR as a freight conductor. He was born in Gallitzin, Oct. 17, 1879, son of the late Floyd and Mary Ann Glancey Dunlap. He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Catharine Callahan Dunlap, and these children: Robert, Woodstock, Ill; Mrs. William (Regina) Stumpf, Washington, Pa; John Jr., Latrobe: Thomas, Indiana; Mrs. Wilbur (Kathleen) Schrum, Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Bridge, both of Derry; 19 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Four sisters and two step-brothers also survive: Mrs. Anna McKnight, Reading; Mrs. (Marie) James Gallagher, Wilkinsburg; Mrs. Stella Moran, Johnstown; Mrs. Joseph (Regina) Smith, Chicago, Ill.; William Burns, Ehrenfield, Pa.; Frank Burns, Summer Hill, Pa. Requium of high mass will be held Monday at 9 am in St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
