He was born in Austria but had lived in this section of the country for the past 25 years. Until the first of January, of this year, he had been employed as a miner in the Beatty Coal Company. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Caroline Ezykowsky, and the following children: Joseph, of Bradenville; Mrs. Emmet Whalen, Mrs. John Keefe, Mrs. Joseph Klapchar, all of Latrobe; Mrs. George Frenchik, of Chicago, Ill.; Peter, who is serving with the U. S. Armed forces overseas: and Margaret, at home. Eight grandchildren also survive. Services will be held on Monday morning at St. Mary's Greek Catholic Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
