Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Sep 07, 1982
Thelma Irene Ferry, 76, of 333 Main St., Latrobe, died Sept. 6, 1982, in Latrobe
Area Hospital. Born in Bradenville Dec. 27, 1905, she was a daughter of the late
Ezra and Stella Tait Ferry. She was a retired school teacher, teaching in
Crabtree, Baggaley and Latrobe. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Geary
of Latrobe, Mrs. Blanche Burgess of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Anna Keller of Akron, Ohio,
and four nephews. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 3 to
5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Richard W. Dell Home for Funerals, Latrobe.
Funeral services will held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of the funeral home
with the Rev. Fred Opalinski officiating. Interment will follow in Saint Vincent
Cemetery.
