Forsha, wife of Elmer E. Forsha, a retired P. R. R. employee, died Saturday morning at her home in E. Second street, Derry, following a sudden attack of acute indigestion. Mrs. Forsha was born in Derry Township, December 14, 1866, a daughter of the late Reuben and Elizabeth Lenhart Allshouse. On April 11, 1934 she was married to Mr. Forsha. She had been a life-long member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church and was quite an active worker in the various organizations of the church. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are the following brothers and sisters: David H. Allshouse of Derry; Nathan Allshouse of Philadelphia; Mrs. Sadie Mull of Latrobe; and Mrs. D. H. Trimble of Derry. These step-children, Chalmer Forsha of Latrobe; Lawrence H. Forsha and Mrs. Bertha Richardson of Derry and Mrs. W. R. Singer of Latrobe in addition to a half-sister, Mrs. Della Myers of Tiffin, Ohio, also survive. The body was removed to the Lutheran church at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Funeral services were held in the church at 2.30 o'clock.
