He was born in Bairdstown on January 1, 1853, a son of John W. and Nancy Cusic Forsha. He entered the service of the Pennsylvania Railroad on January 1, 1870, and was promoted to conductor on January 1, 1882. On November 1, 1906, he was made assistant yard master and later returned to the train service as yard brakeman, in which capacity he served until his retirement from active service under the pension system on August 1, 1921. Surviving are his widow and four sons, Harvey L. and Clyde Weston, of Wilkinsburg; Earl H. and Lloyd, of Monessen; also four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at his late residence this evening at 8:00 o'clock, in charge of Mr. Phillippi, of Blairsville, affiliated with the Russellite Faith of which Mr. Forsha was a member. Interment will be in Derry cemetery at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
