Greensburg Daily Tribune Dated 18 Mar. 1929 Mt. Pleasant Builder Dies Jacob Z. Fox, 62, died this morning at his home, College Ave., Mt. Pleasant, as the result of a second stroke suffered Saturday. Mr. Fox was one of Mt. Pleasant's best known citizens. He was engaged as a contractor there since 1900. He was secretary of the Town Hall association: director of the Mt. Pleasant Building and Loan Association, member of the United Brethren Church and of the Mount Rose chapter of Odd Fellows. Besides his wife he is survived by four sons and two daughters: Wilmer Fox, Mt. Pleasant; Robert Fox, Mt. Pleasant, and Jacob Fox, at home; Mrs Charles Mullin, West Newton; Sara Fox, at home; a sister, Mrs. Emma Beck, Youngwood and three brothers. Charles W. Fox, Lawrence I. Fox, and Ira E. Fox, all of New Stanton: James E. Fox and Lemuel Fox, of Mt. Pleasant. Funeral services will be conducted fro his College Avenue home at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
