Hugh C. Friedline, 82, of Stahlstown R.D.1, died Friday at Latrobe Area
Hospital. He was born Feb. 26, 1897, in Cook Township, the son of the late
Norman A. and Alice Nedrow Friedline. He attended Kregar Community Church. He
was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Menzie Friedline, and one sister, Mrs.
Jennie Yeagy. He is survived by one son, Floyd H. Menzie of Youngstown; two
brothers, Arno of York and Edward R. of York Springs; three grand-children; 10
great-grandthildren, and a number of nephews and nieces. Friends will be
received in L. Boyd Snyder Funeral Home, Route 711, Stahlstown, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Services will be held in the funeral
home at 2 p.m. Monday. Interment will follow in Snowball Cemetery.
