Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Dec 21, 1993 
Robert F. Friedline, 72, of Latrobe died Friday, Dec. 17, 1993, in the Veterans
Hospital in Aspinwall. He was born June 12, 1921, in Mount Pleasant, a son of
the late Edward and Flora Belle (Klink) Friedline. He was retired from Standard
Steel, Latrobe. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U. S.
Army, a member of American Legion Post. 982, Unity Township, and also a member
of the Disabled Veterans of Greensburg. In addition to his parents, he was
predeceased by his wife, Teresa (Derek) Friedline, and a son, Francis Friedline.
He is survived by two sons: Robert M. of El Paso, Texas, and Gregory P.
Friedline of Latrobe; a brother, Jay Friedline of Sharon; two sisters, lona
Eachus of Acme and Ella May Overly of Mount Pleasant; a stepbrother, James
Friedline of Youngstown; a stepsister, Mary Lou Hutchinson of West Virginia; six
grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Friends were received from 3 to 5
and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., Latrobe. A
blessing service was held at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home. Interment
followed in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township.
