The Ligonier Echo (Ligonier, Pennsylvania) · 09 Mar 1956, Fri 
Mrs. Joseph E. Fry, 78, Ligonier RD 1, (Oak Grove), died at 
her residence Sunday at 11 am after a lingering illness. 
Surviving are her husband, Joseph E., two daughters: Mrs. 
Harry (Alma) D. Miller, Ligonier RD 1, and Miss Mary C., at 
home; two grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Zura Rhodes, 
New Florence, and Mrs. Susan McGuire, Latrobe. Friends were 
received at the family residence where services were held 
Wednesday at 2:30 pm with the Rev. H. Wayne Beam and the 
Rev. Rufus Peer in charge. Interment was in Lebanon 
cemetery.
