Mr. George had been sick for some time, his illness being indirectly caused by several accidents which be met with some years ago. He was born on the George farm, near George's station, this county, Oct, 27th, 1811, and died in the 75th year of his age. He was married twice and was the father of five children all living and all of whom, together with his devoted wife, were at his bedside when he died. He was the father of D. C. George, the druggist, always lived in this neighborhood and was universally respected. The funeral will take place at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon next, the interment to be at Unity cemetery.
