Mrs. Edith Lattanzio Gergas, 57, of 309 Miller St., Latrobe, died Sunday, April
1, 1984, in Latrobe Area Hospital. Born Feb. 25, 1927, in Latrobe, she was the
daughter of the late Anthony and Carmella Muscia Lattanzio. A member of Holy
Family Church, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Fodor and Mary
Cordi. She is survived by two brothers, Patsy and John, both of Latrobe; four
sisters, Mrs. Frank (Julia) Massimo, Mrs. Delores Dornauer and Miss Dolly
Lattanzio, all of Latrobe, and Mrs. Bruno (Josephine) Testa of Greensburg, and a
number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3 to S and 7
to 9 p.m. Tuesday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Latrobe. Service and
interment, scheduled Wednesday, will be private.
