Charles Graham Obituary
Charles Dale Graham Sr., 89, of Unity Township, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018, at
UPMC East Hospital, Monroeville. He was born Jan. 17, 1928, in Pleasant Unity, a
son of the late Oliver C. and Mary (Edsall) Graham. Dale was an Army veteran
during the Korean War and retired from International Operating Engineers Union
Local 66, where he was a member for 60 years. He had previously worked at Adam
Eidemiller Inc. and Latrobe Construction. He was a member of St. Vincent
Basilica Parish, American Legion Post 515, Fox Hill Athletic Association and
Youngstown Firemen's Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death
by his wife, Mary M. (Metil) Graham; a son, Charles Dale Graham Jr.; and his
brother, Oliver C. Graham. He is survived by four daughters, Charlotte, Kathleen
and Amy Graham and Barbara Graham Bosco; two sons, David Graham and George
Graham and his wife, Linda; three granddaughters, Captain Lauren Bosco USMCR and
her fiance, Jordan, Rachel Uschock and husband, SSG Joshua, Army, and Amanda
O'Neill and husband, Lt. James, Army; his sister, Grace Graham Guter; and a
number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity.
Prayers will begin at 9:30 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home followed by a
funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Benedict Catholic Church,
Marguerite. Private interment in Unity Cemetery, Unity Township.
