Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Dec 23, 1947
John Hamerski, of 1320 Knopf St., Manville, N. J., died December 19 at the
Somerset Hospital in New Jersey after a lengthy illness. He was 61 years of age.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Anna Hamerski and the following children: Mrs.
Helen Liedl, of Belle Mead, N. J.; Mrs. Angela Pruchnik. of New Jersey: Mrs.
Mary Bagienski, New Jersey: Jean Hamerski and Walter Hamerski, at home. A step-
daughter Sophia, also survives as do three grandchildren. One brother, Walter
Hamerski, of Latrobe; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Burke, of Latrobe, Mrs. Julia
Gelbers, of Latrobe, and Mrs. Lena Polosky, of Windber; and a sister Angela and
a brother Louis, in Poland, also survive. Funeral services were held yesterday
with a solemn high mass at the Sacred Heart Church, New Jersey.
