  Thomas C. Hanan, 84, Salem Township, died at 7:05 pm Monday.
  
  Born in Salem Township, July 20, 1874 he was a son of the late Benjamin and 
  Mary Jane Fennell Hanan.
  
  Surviving are six children, Mrs. Clarence Gower, Luxor;  Floyd, New 
  Alexandria, R.D. 2; Mrs. Arthur Ray, Derry, R.D. 1; Ralph, New Alexandria, 
  R.D. 1; Clarence, New Alexandria, R.D. 1; Harry, Derry; 23 grandchildren, 17 
  great grandchildren, two brothers, Elmer, Oil City; Clyde, New York; one 
  sister, Mrs. Laura Eckman, New Kensington.
  
  Freinds are being received at the Felton Funeral Home, New Alexandria, where 
  services will be conducted at 2:30 pm tomorrow, with the Reverend R. C. 
  Fullerton, D.D., in charge.  Interment will follow in the Congruity Church 
  Cemetery.
