Mr. Harr was employed with the Latrobe Steel Company and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church, Youngstown, and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 95, Latrobe. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Angelo Harr and the following children all at home: Dorothea, Sandra, Lester, Floralane, and Mildred. His mother survives, Mrs. Dorothy Gross Harr, R. D. 4. Latrobe; his father, Evan C. Harr, died two weeks ago. The following brothers and sisters survive: Evan O. Harr, Youngstown; Robert G. Harr, R. D. 4, Latrobe; Mrs. Mildred Long, Duquesne; Mrs. Dolores Wedge, R. D. 4, Latrobe. Friends will be received at his late home in Youngstown. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the St. James Lutheran Church, Youngstown, with the Rev. Bruce R. Shaffer, D. D., officiating. The body will he in state from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Members of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Amvets will meet at the Legion Home, Monday, 1:46 p.m. to go to the Ridge Cemetery, Youngstown, to hold military services, They are asked to wear a uniform, post or service cap.
