Ralph M. "Skip" Harr Sr., 75, of Latrobe, passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, at
Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born July 17, 1947, in Latrobe, he was a son of the
late Ralph G. Harr and Marie L. (Romanelli) Harr. Skip was a member of St. John the
Evangelist Church, Latrobe. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed with the
Unity Township Road Department. He was a life member of the Lloydsville Sportsmen
Association and an avid outdoors-man who enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Danielle Harr;
his brother, Louis "Butch" Harr; and a nephew, Domenick Harr. Skip is survived by
his wife, Barb (Leonard) Scifo, of Latrobe; three sons, Mike Harr (Deborah), of
Latrobe, Robert Harr, of Greensburg, and Brian Harr (Kristie), of Latrobe; two
stepchildren, Jamie and John; four grandchildren, Tori (Nick), Bobby Jr. (Carly),
Angelo (Maddie) and Bryce; three great-grandchildren, Alayna, Charlotte and Paisley;
and a niece and nephew, Julia Harr and Lou Falbo. Family and friends will be
received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the LOPATICH-BRINKER FUNERAL HOME
LLC, 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. A funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in
the funeral home. Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery.
