It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rex F. Helfferich of Latrobe,
Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn
family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share
it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Alina Mehalic (Tom); and his parents, Barney
Helfferich and Dolores Helfferich (Dira). He is survived by: his children, Jason
Helfferich (Jill) and Brandi Frye (Shawn); his wife Louise Helfferich (Kepple); his
siblings, Wren Shaulis (Guy), Scott (Gina) and Buck Helfferich (MaryAnn); his
grandchildren, Zachary, Stacey Duncan, Ben and Amy Helfferich; his sister-in-law
Lynn Comella (Bob); and his friends, Cindy and Jack Black.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital, 262
Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105-3678.
