Thornton Herbert, aged 76 years, died at his home in Crabtree at 10 p. m.
Friday. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Christine Herbert and one son, George,
of Greensburg; by three grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Saunders, of
Pittsburgh. Friends may call at the Herbert home in Crabtree until 1 o'clock
Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services will be held at the Felton Funeral Home, New
Alexandria, at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be made in the New
Alexandria cemetery.
