She was the widow of Michael Houck, who died on June 9, 1923. She had been a resident of Whitney for 50 years. Mrs. Houck was a member of St. James Lutheran church of Youngstown. Surviving are the following children: Paul Houck of Latrobe; Mrs. Joseph (Wanda) Rosensway of Cleveland, O.; Mrs. Richard (Alice) Paschka of Uniontown; Michael A. Houck of Filbert; Frank Houck of Phillips; and Mrs. John (Emma) Burlock, Mrs. John (Augusta) Washnock, Herman Houck, Charles G. Houck and John W. Houck, all of Whitney. Also surviving are 81(?) grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. The body will lie in state in St. James Lutheran Church in Youngstown. Interment will be made in Unity Cemetery.
