Latrobe Bulletin Sat, Sep 30, 1972
Kenneth J. Houser, 39, of Latrobe RD 1, died at 11:45 p.m. Thursday in Latrobe
Area Hospital. He was born in Jeannette April 8, 1933, a son of Mrs. Clarence
(Edna Truxal) Evans of Jeannette and the late Fred Houser. He was a member of
St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Whitney, and an employe of Latrobe Steel Co. and a
veteran of the Korean Conflict. A daughter, Barbara, preceded him in death in
1963. He is survived by his widow, Donna Seliga Houser, six children, Kenneth,
Joseph, Diana, Joyce, Mary Sue and Lorraine, all at home; two brothers and one
sister, Fred T. of Mountain View, Joseph and Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Avolio, both of
Jeannette. The family will receive friends starting Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7
to 9 p.m. at the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Latrobe. Mass of the
resurrection will be held 10 am. Monday in St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
Interment will follow in St. Vincent Cemetery.
