Latrobe Bulletin (Latrobe, Pennsylvania) 10 June 1912
Mrs. Elizabeth J. Hughes, wife of Alexander W. Hughes, of Bradenville, died
yesterday, at the family residence, aged 66 years, 11 months and 3 days. She is
survived by a husband and ten children, the latter being: W. I. Hughes and Mrs. Ida
E. Hart, both of New Alexandria; Walter R. Hughes, Louis C. Hughes, Mrs. Mary B.
Caldwell, and Mrs. Blanche C. Phillippi, of Derry; Mrs. Sybilla C. Morrow, of
Webster; Otis N. Hughes, Mrs. E. Floy Braden and Miss V. Earle Hughes of
Bradenville. She is survived also by 36 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren;
also by a sister, Mrs. James B. Stephenson of Clay Center, Kansas. Funeral services
will be held at the family residence at 2 o'clock, tomorrow afternoon. The interment
will follow in Cole's Cemetery, Derry.
