Latrobe Bulletin Fri, Aug 13, 1943  
Mrs. Ella Steel Hugus, sister of the late Judge John B Steel and widow of Samuel
O. Hugus, died last evening at the home of her son, Paul, in Unity Township,
Latrobe R. D. 3, following long illness. Mrs. Hugus' husband died in 1926. She
is survived by two sons: Paul, of Unity Township, and John R. Hugus, of Latrobe;
two sisters, Miss Clara Steel of New Alexandria and Mrs. Henrietta Nichols, of
State College and four grandchildren. Funeral services are to be held at the
home of her son, Paul A. Hugus, at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon in charge of
the Rev. Paul Harper McKee, pastor of the Latrobe Presbyterian Church. Interment
is to be made in Unity cemetery.
