Latrobe Advance Wed, Dec 02, 1885
Died, at his residence in Donegal, on Sunday night last, November 29th, at about
8 o'clock, after a brief illness, Squire Hunter, at an advanced age. Mr. Hunter
was one of the most prominent citizens of Donegal, known all over the county for
his strict integrity and uprightness of character. He has been Justice of the
Peace for over forty years, and during all that time sent very few cases to
court, always managing to effect an amicable settlement between the litigants.
His funeral will take place today.
