Kenneth F. Irwin, 74, of Latrobe RD 7 died Thursday, May 24, 1984, in Latrobe Area
Hospital. Born Dec. 1, 1909, in Hillside, he was a son of the late Paul W. and Alice
Baird Irwin. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Latrobe, Frontier
Club and Millwood Sportsmen's Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by his wife, Annabelle Cox Irwin, Dec. 14, 1981. Surviving are one son, Samuel
K. of Latrobe; one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Barbara) Hirak of Latrobe; six
grandchildren; three brothers, Howard of Derry, Thomas of Latrobe and Jack in Ohio,
and two sisters, Mrs. William (Ann) Burns and Mabel Miller, both of Derry. Friends
will be received from 3 to S and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in John J. Lopatich Funeral
Home, 401 Weldon St., Latrobe. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the
funeral home with the Rev. William D. Schmeling officiating. Interment will follow
in Unity Cemetery.
