Mrs. Mary Louise Paul Johnston, 81, of Latrobe, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, in
Latrobe Area Hospital. Born May 2, 1921, in Ligonier, she was a daughter of the
late Roy and Mary Doris. Mary Louise was a member of Holy Family Church,
Latrobe, and had been the owner and operator of the former National Hotel in
Latrobe. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband,
Harry Paul; her infant daughter, and her brother, Frank Doris. 
Surviving are her son, Harry "Bear" Paul and wife Cynthia, of Bradenville; her
sister, Elizabeth Brown of Latrobe; her sister-in-law, Bernice Doris of Latrobe;
her grandson, Jason, and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitations will be 3
to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., 601 Weldon
St. Latrobe. A blessing service will be held 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral
home. Interment will be in Unity Cemetery, Unity Township.
