Stanley C. Kabala Sr. Word has been received of the death of Stanley C. Kabala
Sr., 72, of St. Petersburg, Fla. He died Monday, Oct 28, 1996. "Stush" and his
wife lived In Latrobe RD 4 all their lives until retiring in Florida. Born Nov.
23, 1923, in Latrobe, he was a son of the late Catherine Macon Wechuck and
Andrew Kabala. He also was preceded in death by his stepfather, Leon Wechuck.
Stanley retired from Blairsville Westinghouse Corp. He was a World War II
veteran. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 49 years, Margaret
Kuhns Kabala; two sons, Stanley "Bud" (and his wife, Lynn) of St. Petersburg and
Robert of Colonial Heights, Va.; a daughter, Cheryl (and her husband, Lyle)
Faggard of Dunedin, Fla.; four grand-children who brought him much pride; three
brothers, Anthony and Joseph Kabala, both of Latrobe RD 4, and Leon Wechuck Jr.
of Franklin, and three sisters, Josephine Garland of Gainesville, Fla., Patricia
McDermitt of Sidney, Ohio, and Betty Lyle of Union City. Funeral arrangements
will be private. Anyone wishing to send a note to comfort the family may do so
at 781 60th Ave. N.E., St. Petersburg, FL 33703.
