John Karas, 56, of 1037 East Dietz Street. Akron. Ohio. formerly of Snydertown,
died suddenly early this morning. Mr. Karas, who was formerly a butcher and was
well known in this vicinity, had been employed at the Goodyear plant in Akron
for the Host twenty-one years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Mayger
Karas, three sons, Robert and Frank at home and William in the naval service at
Panama and a daughter, Mrs. Ann Misko, of Akron. One grandchild also survives.
